Master of Arts in Ministry and Leadership – Coaching Track
Western Seminary offers a two-year (60 credit) degree for persons preparing for ministry leadership roles, which combines courses in Bible, Theology, Spiritual Formation, and Practical Ministry. The MAML is a flexible degree that students can tailor by choosing one of several focus “tracks.” A popular MAML track is the coaching track, which allows students to earn a graduate ministry degree and become highly competent as a coach by leveraging 8 to 10 credits toward coach training. This degree is perfect for persons who plan to leverage coaching within a vocational or high-capacity volunteer ministry role.
